I installed one of their windshield, and it seems to have a nasty gap at the bottom. I would think it should sit flush against the rubber gasket, no? If this normal, then their fitment sucks. I know the company they have used for the polycarbonate had a fire and theyre using someone new, but I think a contact might be in order.
Rob, I’d check to see if it isn’t your fairing that is malformed. I know mine is, as is many, many more, of the the Rushmore’s and up. Even if it’s the windshield, it will bend to fit.
just loosen everything up, and push that section in, then tighten the inside ones first while holding it, then the outside 2, mine will do the same unless I install it this way.
you just installed it wrong..... and getting a different source of ploy carb means absolutely nothing......nada there are many makers of PC and its all pretty much the same....this is manufactured as extruded sheet then id say vacuformed and laser cut to spec.....
I've tried different methods for installation, it's even off on the sides and will not lineup. It's a good 1/4 off. Contacted KW, they have other issues with this last batch. They apologized, and are sending out a replacement immediately. What a stand up company.

When all else fails, pick up the two-ton phone and call the manufacturer.
