2018 FLHXS (Manufactured 09/17). I also recently updated to the latest Boom software. On a recent ride the "Low fuel detected. Search for nearest fuel station?" alert displayed. I selected "Yes", and the NAV guided me to an empty lot. Come to find out the station was razed in 2013!

My bike came with 1.21.2.1 installed from the factory. I never had that version stored on a USB storage device, so I can't reinstall it. I can't recall the exact map database displayed under that version, but it was simular to the example from the Boom manual, where it displayed the quarter of the year it was created versus just the model year that is now displayed with 1.22.0.1 installed.
My opinion is the Navitech map business is a scam. I purchased an update just before I retired, dropped the $150 or whatever and got the download, NA-MY2017. That piece of **** had NOTHING updated in my area...I'm not saying that nothing was updated, but nothing that did me any good.
I think Budapest just throws in a few crumbs here and there and calls it "NEW"...
My advise, don't spend a dime on NaviTech/Budapest based updates. It's a ripoff, If the dealer wants to drop the coin, let'm
