I own a ULTRA have owned a wing. the new wing is one hell of a bike. you will be surprised and have a good week !!.BUT will be questioning everything about your H.d the wing is fast, smooth ,handles nice, and feels light in the turns all like a gentleman's sport bike, and EATS miles of road .enjoy your time in the saddle.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions and good wishes. My first impulse was to rent the GW but then I started thinking about the reduced luggage capacity on the new ones and how comfortable I am on the Harley (knowing where everything is and how much you can actually pack into the thing) so I leaned towards the HD. My Buddy, who has owned 2 Road Glides and is now on his 2nd. (soon to be third in April) GW rented the new one in Arizona and assured me the luggage capacity would be fine and after reading all the comments I think I will go with the GW, just NOT with the auto trans. Buddy is renting the auto so I'll swap out with him and check it out but I agree that that would be too much like driving a car, half the fun of riding is going through the gears. If I was in the market for a new Harley I would definitely check out the M8 but I'm still VERY happy with my '14, only 24K miles and the ESP until Dec. 2020 so I'l be sticking with that for awhile. And as has been said, variety IS the spice of life, thanks again to everyone for helping with my decision...
