Default Suspension technologies

I just installed these shocks and have only gone 50 miles so far but I can tell the ride is plusher.I bought the 13” shocks for the extra travel and a little more clearance.I also notice I sit a little more straight up and down. I have no other shocks to compare it to other than the hand adjustable Harley shock which felt like 2x4’s for Suspension. At least now when I get on the bike the shock compresses. The sag was pre set and it settles at 12” so I’ll check it in a hundred miles per the instructions and I should loosen the belt a little. Its pretty tight. But so far I think it was money well spent. What I notice immediately was the front suspension seems under par now.I guess it never stops.I’ll get there front suspension later.

Good deal man! Glad you were able to make the ride more pleasurable.

I have been running their shocks for 2 years and the front kit for a year. Absolutely love them, they transformed the bike.

I’ll have to give them a work out this weekend and really feel the difference. Thanks for the positive thoughts guys. How hard is it to do the front? I’m thinking of getting their front cartridge. What really Sold me was the owner picked up the phone and was very detailed about the shocks. The stock shocks always felt like I was riding in a one ton dually with nothing in the back. Thanks again.

Great company and product. They are just across the bay from me so my initial decision was proximity in case of issues. Zero, Nada, Nothing. Has come up as an issue in over 2 years. Twist to set the pre-load and ride. Did the full Tampa to Milwaukee ride home last year, two up, too much luggage. Set the pre-load and no complaints from the back seat and the bike handle well.

I was able to put 60 more miles on them last night on rougher roads. On soft bumps they’re still soft bumps.Seem to handle very well around corners.I have scraped a floorboard or two.Where they really seem to shine are rail road tracks or bumps that would separate you from the seat. You still feel the bump but you’re not gathering yourself in frustration thinking you’ve got to be kidding me. I haven’t been in every scenario yet but I’m happy with them. I’m going into Montana this weekend over some mountain passes and some twisty roads and I’m looking forward to it.

I went for a nice ride yesterday.I rode to Harrison Idaho yesterday on highway 97 which is 28 miles of twisting road. I thought because of the higher ride height it would handle as well but I was very wrong. The bike handles fantastic. If there was a dip in the turn the shocks compressed and rebounded very nicely and held its line.It never stood the bike up and was effortless in corners. It absorbed bumps and uneven pavement very well. I’m really happy with these shocks. They cam preset and I don’t think Iam going to change them.I might get their front cartridges next at some time.If you don’t want to spend big money and want a great shock you might want to give these a look.
