I am thinking that maybe the foot deployment arm on yours may have been somehow bent to cause what you claim. My engine guards, saddle bag quards or floor boards will hit long before the arm on the stand. Just a thought.

Nope. I ride the way I ride. That stand got in the way. Both corners were ground down, so it was clearly due to it dragging in corners. When I called them and sent them pictures, they admitted that the stand wasn't designed for someone who rode the way I do.

"When I called them and sent them pictures, they admitted that the stand wasn't designed for someone who rode the way I do" ... okee dokee, as I stated earlier I ride as hard and aggressive as anyone you'll ever run across and the only thing I drag are the floorboards ... no center stand ... never have ;>)

We can keep repeating this if you like. I don't know what to tell you, apparently I ride harder and more aggressively than you.

My scooter drags the floorboards in the corners and I've never dragged the stand ... the geometry is such that it contacts the boards and can't get any lower ... Now, maybe it has something to do with the Softail chassis ... but the OP has a dresser !

P.S.
Your turn :>)

Those pictures were from my 2010 FLHTK with 13" Ohlins on the back. As you can see, it's the corners that were dragging, which means that it wasn't speed bumps or driveways. Now mind you, this was 10 years ago when I was invincible, so when I say I rode that bike aggressively, Evel Knievel would have looked at me and said, "DAMN!"

No war on my part, I just want to make sure this thing doesn't kill anyone.

Just because some people haven't had a problem with it doesn't mean there isn't a problem with it.
