I’ve heard that there’s a shortage of those radios. Lot of dealers have them on back order. I think it has something to do with the COVID virus, nobody was working for three months. I would just order one from the dealer and get in line for the back orders. Hoping to get one myself next year, Hope you get one soon. Good Luck!

Have you tried the H-D site? Until July 2 it said it was unavailable. Now it appears you can order. I placed an order thru Surdyke and its supposed to ship on the 17th.

Maybe research part numbers? Could be mounting holes, or wire connections, due to the different locations in the fairing.

they are identical except for the mounting bracket. search over in the audio section.

Just purchased one from Big sky HD, It's the 76000829A for my RGU, the only difference between the two is the face plate for installation. The RG unit has tabs on the bottom, the shark fairing has guid tabs for Install, Simply snip those tabs off the fairing and it will fit flush, everything else is identical between the two.
