IME if you simply follow FMs instructions and stop fishing for other ideas based on your own theories, you may just find your issues resolved without all the forum back and forth from forum members with their own stories about how they had the same issue and did this or that to fix it.
What I see and hear your bike just needs a couple autotunes with the map from FM. If you dont know or cant do the autotunes successfully on your own take it to a qualified tuner and he will fix it very quickly.

PS What you have for O2 sensors (OEM narrow band) are perfectly fine to tune your bike. No need for any add-on systems period!
