SOOO... in the process of trying to figure out what was wrong with the cooling system, I saw this... fluid splatter on the upper trans cover and on the jug right below the exhaust port. HELP! First thing I checked were the exhaust bolts. They're nice and snug.
It's Effing riding season and don't want to take it apart just after putting the 110 in it. Shes running good.
Btw... the bike is a 16 road glide ultra with 26k mi. Recently put a SS 110 in with head work. Will be contacting my Mechanic on Tuesday, but thought id ask the community.
I wonder if he got all the coolant lines put back into the heads properly?
It looks like it's all put back together right. I've been riding it since the upgrade. I probably have a couple thousand miles on it since. To me, it looks like it's coming from the exhaust gasket. I'm going to call him on Tuesday.
You know that fluid will take the path of least resistance, especially if it’s leaking while riding. I doubt it’s coming from the exhaust gasket. Report back with the findings.
I seen in your other post you said you had a leak at the pump. The wind can and does blow stuff around and all over the place. I would give it a good bath and get it hot while riding keeping my eye on it real good. If it's leaking it will you should be able to pin point the leak.
Non oil type wet stuff will travel along the headgasket seam and leak at the lowest point like that, look the entire cylinder & head over don't get tunnel vision in just one spot.

I was thinking that earlier while checking it out. I'll double check it around the entire Head. Thanks for the advice.

Thay issue I think was solved. Just a bone head thought. I'll update the other post.
