Not stock on my '14 and I can honestly say, it is one thing that should be. My first early season ride when I bought it ended up getting caught in the dark before my destination and accidentally hit the kill switch instead of high-beam switch...in the dark!

Thats odd. The kill switch is on the RH control and the high beam switch is on the LH control. 😬
Add to that - if you want to install a CB on the 2021, you have to add the lighted switches so you can get the push to talk button.
You do not need to add lighted switches to add the press to transmit/squelch button.
You only need to replace the right side switch module, there is an standard type module available.

Harleys have always had the hi beam switch on the opposite side from the kill switch...
If you need to look down to see the switches, you need more practice riding your motorcycle.

That might be true with motorcycles that only have 2-3 switches on each side and are spaced apart. My Ultra Limited has 9 switches on the left side that perform 13 different functions, and 7 switches on the right side that perform 11 different functions, and all of the switches are spaced fairly close together. Maybe it's just me with my 3X size hands with insulated winter gloves, but more than once I've hit the horn trying to activate the left turn signal or turned off the traction control trying to turn the high beams on/off.
