Have an question... Had my bike on a tender, unplugged it, started it.. all good Moved the bike, then about a half hour passed, started it up again. VINERR code popped up. Speedo & Tact started to dance up & down, no voltage (red light) check engine light. Check on the forums, said it might be ground wires or connections. I checked my ground wires, connects of ECM, BCM, fuses & other connectors. Bought a new battery, Bike starts up right away, runs like normal, rode it with the codes hoping the new battery would clear the codes. Only issues, I'm really having is... Radio cuts in & out, voltage shows (red light) & speedo & tact continue to jump around. Bike doesn't lose power, doesn't back fire or bog. Please share with me if this has happened to you bike. I ride 2016 Road Glide Special.

Sounds like old battery wasn't holding a charge.. That "VINERR" message often pops up when not enough power to turn over the starter...
Additionally, not all new batteries come fully charged. Make sure to charge up the new battery before trouble shooting...
What other codes popped up beside the "VINERR" message ?
Fully charged battery. Have codes-U0001, U0100, U0121, U0140, U0184. PN/70900124A
All "U" codes have to do with communication between modules..
U0001- CAN BUS error
U0100- Lost comm w/ECM
U0121- Lost comm W/ABS
U0140- Lost comm W/BCM
U0184 Lost comm w/radio
This suggests you have a bad electrical connection somewhere, or possibly a bad module. The modules are not communicating with each other.
Start with the easy stuff...
Separate, inspect, clean, and reattach your main connectors. I would start with the ECM connector(s), BCM connector(s) then see what codes are thrown and go from there...
When inspecting the connections; look for clean, uncorroded pins/sockets in the connectors, look for properly seated pins/sockets into the connector (badly seated pins/sockets can cause intermittent contact when the connector is fully seated), check that the connectors are fully seated when reattached, and then give each wire a little tug at the connector to make sure the wire isn't separated under the insulation.
