Default Touring reverse
Harley makes a reverse transmission for the Tri Glide, why can't they put that trans on the other touring models?

why should i buy a Honda? the real question is why doesn't HD offer it as an option and keep up with the competition

It's not a different transmission. I believe it's a different starter motor. It's definitely electric and not mechanical. There's several aftermarket reverse options available. I picked up a sidecar setup recently and the only thing that it didn't get was a reverse setup. Looking at motor trike and MMD I think...baker has one available but like everything baker they're very proud of it.

Off topic, are the bikes in your signature previously owned bikes or do you have all those bikes?

I'm sure they could, but if you wanted a radiator and reverse, you could have just bought a Gold Wing.

i have a 2014 Ultra Limited and it already has 2 small radiators in the lower fairings. so i just want a reverse

On the trikes there is a ring gear on the rear axle with an electric motor similar to a starter, there is a switch on the handle bar that operates it.
