Bluetooth volumn

Bluetooth volumn
sold my 2014 ultra Limited., weeks later I bought ANOTHER 2014 ultra Limited. (different color with less miles) . Question: My first 2014, Iphone and Bluetooth paired perfectly, great volumn through HD helmet headset. Second 2014 , Iphone and Bluetooth paired perfectly, NOT even half the volumn through helmet headset for phone calls. Yes, volumn is turned wide open on bike info screen for headset-phone. Volumn is fine for everything else, just not phone. Same phone, yep Bluetooth volumn is high on phone just like first bike. I can't figure out why the volumn is so low on phone calls with all settings turned up to max. Anyone seen this problem? thanks

Or, you can go into your settings and change the vol.

This happens to me whenever I connect my phone to a new bike the first time. Each time I’ve had to increase the volume with the phone controls while on a call. Once I’ve done it once the volume is fine on subsequent calls.

OP, maybe look to see if your fade is set to rear speakers. I doubt it since you described everything else working properly.
