Not sure how to do it but there are all sorts of wires and such under that fairing that would need to be relocated. Plus you would have to figure out how the gauges would need to be reworked. I doubt its a simple plug and play option and reprogramming may be required.

2017 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Does all and sundry have any idea how difficult it might be to transform it to a Road King? Ideally, this would become some sort of "package" so the conversion can cross from waft to king and king to go with the flow on call for.

I read it as he wants a kit to convert an EG to RK that can be easily swapped back and forth between configurations
Not going to happen IMO
He could of course spend the time and money to convert to RK and then add a detachable Batwing.
Far easier to start with an RK
