Default Progressive fork springs

I posted in this section to increase visibility. I will be adding chrome front fork lowers and replacing the fork head bearings on my 2014 ultra limited with 63k miles. I haven’t been the type to get too in depth into suspension and the stock setups have always been ok to me even with the harshness over big bumps but i was looking at the progressive fork springs. I am looking for real world reviews of them vs the stock springs.for $120 they are inexpensive but don’t want to waste money on them if they don’t help over stocks. Thanks for any input

$120 for suspension? Where are you getting them from TEMU? I would not be going cheap on suspension. Too many things can go wrong.

I did the chrome forks on my 23 road glide and got the standard progressive front springs. Huge difference. I also put bitubo shocks 13" best money I've spent .

98 Road King. I went progressive heavy duty since this bike was two up a lot (245 / 150Lbs). For me It was just too harsh solo. So I went back to stock springs, went with 20w oil and redid the factory air lines… love it. A little extra air when two up, a little less solo. I drained the factory rear 7w and went 10w and redid the air.

I know your bike is a different era.. but I mention just so you know you can go too far.

I used these ( Progressive Fork Springs For Harley 1949-2017 41MM TUBES, STOCK LENGTH) on my 2012 RGU. Fairly easy to install, and decent bang for the buck. I was not blown away, but not disappointed or felt like I wasted money either. I used their 10wt oil.
