Installing 2" Pullback Bars FLHTK (Pics included)
I too am hoping to do this install. My CVO has all the wiring inside the bars. Does there appear to be enough length in the switch, throttle and heated grip wiring to run all of them internally?
FWIW, HD's web site said these bars WILL NOT fit CVO models. I'm trying to understand why.

Good thread here with good information. Everyone happy with the # 56176-08 replacement bars? Or are you thinking you want to try something else ? For what Reason? I kinda only want to do this change once and the information here is very valuable to decision. 2" inches back would be enough but want to hear for sure that's what you get with these. Keep advice coming.

I'm concerned with negative comments about the wrist angle of the HD pullbacks. The Khrome Werks 2+2 Bagger Sweepers are $95.00 and I like the looks of the curve in the upright. The pics I've seen of them on a bike look like they have a pretty natural wrist angle, too.....

Just wanted to take a minute and thank JT for doing the leg work of putting step by step directions with pictures. I took the afternoon off work and did the handlebar swap in about 2.5 hours. It could have been a little faster, but I did some cleaning as I went. Very smooth change out...I am very happy after a quick 30 minute ride. 3 hour ride tomorrow for work this weekend, then 3 hour ride back on Sunday. That will be the test.

I've got about 700 miles on my new bars now and find a big improvement on my neck and back. Not leaning forward. No problems with my wrests even though a slight change in angle. Thanks again JET.

Just finished installing pullback bars and found the pictures and hints very helpful. Took me about 5.5 hrs, with about 1.5 hrs spent getting the ignition switch back in properly. Don't know why it is so difficult for me but it is. Anyway thanks for your post. It made the install so much easier!
