Don't get me wrong here as I have them on my 2014 Road King but doesn't that lever look like it comes off a toilet tank? The Gold Wingers are gonna show us no mercy now.
Call it what you want, I call it convenient. The other day I left for work and and realized it was colder that I thought and wishing I had put my gloves on. Next red light I opened the bag, got my gloves out to put on...while sitting on the bike. I call the new lever and the way the bags open genius.
Never thought of it as a toilet handle. All I know is it is a very clever design in the way it locks down and one hand operation. No more lift up and over and out to get the stupid thing open. Also like the theft proof design around the pins that hold the bags in place.
You guys with your dino's keep name calling all you want, I just laugh at you and your jealously.
