I just updated my infotainment system with the upgrade that came out 1/15/14. I followed the instructions to the t, and the update went through as successful but now ihave no sound. I have upgraded 6.5' speakers in the batwing and an amplifier. i have contacted my local Harley Dealer and well as Harley Tech Support and noone has heard of such a thing. Im lost as to what to do. I tried reinstalling the update but seems how its already showing as updated, it will not recognize the thumb drive to allow me to do it. I have disconnected the battery to see if maybe it would reset something, but everything I have tried isnt working
Who installed the upgraded speakers and amp?

What happens when you play the sound through the headset?
Just downloaded the software updates on my flash drive went and plugged it in the bike and screen says no music detected? WTF! I know its on the flashdrive opened the zip file downloaded to desktop over to thumb drive? Went over it again. What am I missing?
I re-installed 1.17.4 and the file should come up automatically with option to install. No problems for me. Might want to try deleting update from thumb drive and re- downlapoading the file.
