Default 2014 limited communications

I bought the first limited that arrived at my dealership in August. I have had gremlins since day one. No I'm not a troll I'm looking for answers to fix my dream bike. I had the head unit replaced at Thanksgiving. I thought that had solved the issues with the screen blacking out on occasion. The loud hiss in my intercoms when using the CB or the phone. The PTT button will function about 60% of the time. When it started blacking out again my dealer called the motor company. They said they tested the head unit. There were no problems with the unit. It must be a wiring issue or a software issue. The motor company didn't know what to do next. Their answere is I should wait for another software update. It seems odd every time these issues come up I video the problem. It's always the first time they have ever heard of it. Has anyone else had the hissing in the com? Did your dealer have a fix. I only have 4000 miles on the bike so far I'm just looking for solutions. Thanks in advance

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere. Is the hiss louder when running? Seems to be an isolated incident.

That would be a ground issue. I would think it has something to do with the PTT button since that is intermittent.
