Default Sirius drop out fix

As discovered by others moving the antenna out of the fairing fixed my drop out on my morning drive. I didn't like the ant placement on the left side though. So, at least with mine you can reroute the cord to reach the right side of vent, creating more visual symmetry with the vent button. Mike

mounted mine in the same location...99% eliminated any drop out of signal moving it out of fairing....

rmc....just curious...I see you have the remote for heated gear in that pic...where is your remote mounted?

Velcro'd on a martin's hardware clock mount. easy removal if i m on a different bike and no fumbling around trying to adjust. Mike

I think I may need to do this as well. Is it just mounted with double sided tape?

Ran the cable straight up there, just enough. Use a small drill bit to create a notch for the cable and double stick tape it. Mike
