XM
Getting my bike ready for The River Run next month and I want to mount my Roady on my Ultra. When I set up my X-Goldwing I uVelcro, worked great. However I want to be more classy with my Harley. My wife says to use some discretion and don't make it looksedtrashy. I told her I was born in Okla. and we never look trashy.
I mounted mine to the inner fairing using the 3m tape that was on the mount that came with the unit. I put the antenna on top of the radio (magnetic based antenna) under the fairing and used a cigarette lighter plug that I alsoput under the fairing. Wires come out the hole in the fairing where the handlebars come through.
Should be classy enough for an Okie.

If you don't want to mount to the inner fairing with the mount that came with the unit just do a search of "motorcycle mounts for XM Radio" on a search engine like MSN or Google and you should be able to find what you need.
Regards,
Bill

Here is a bracket I made for mine. I have put 6000 miles on it and still like it.
