this is what i use, "SEVERE Saddlebag Theft Deterrent Lock Secure Hardware 4 Harley Davidson Touring". i got them from ebay for $26. love them.

Is there a "screw" or so to replace quick relase pin/lock from Street Glide bags , to prevent stealing in case of not locked ?

There are several options. You can go with Bruckus Saddle Bag Secure and support one of the forum vendors, buy the parts you would need at a hardware store, or check eBay for hard bag security options. It's all in this thread from previous posters.
