More crap on the internet, just what the Rushmore needs. He said EVERYONE, really everyone??? Maybe everyone if you believe all the crap on the net, bottom line is that a few did have some issues, some more than others but I would say it appears to me a large minority of owners which is far from everyone. 7500 flawless miles on mine. The infotainment system can be a bit quirkly, like the darn thing coming on when you start it up even if it was off before but hell, that's a very very minor issue and I suspect the next software update will kill that
Did anyone stop think that maybe this type of bickering is exactly what these "trolls" are looking to do? I just don't understand why rather than simply ignoring a post, some people have to fuel the fire by posting a scathing response. I mean really, do you take the time to respond to every piece of junk mail that hits your mailbox too?
Just did 2 weeks and 7800 Kms and no issues. We do have a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty and the option to purchase an extended warranty.. I am not to worried... My 01 had a few break downs but it wasn't a bad bike.... I really enjoy my FLHTK...
troll alert. Whenever I see some stupid rant about the rushmores, especially a 'new member, I kinda know its a troll. Those folks make me laugh in that they really need to get some kinda life. LOL!
I appreciate all of the information posted and the varied opinions I read on a daily basis. I definitely agree some of the comments come across as "hating", however that is the beauty of our great country some we can agree with and some we wont agree with. I just hit 12k on my 14 SGS I purchased 12/21. I will be taking my bike to have the ABS lines looked at this week, however I can say I haven't had any issues thus far and if I do I will expect them to be addressed. btw IMHO this is the best bike ive ever owned or ridden....bar none

Ignore the post and all anyone who is interested in buying a Harley will see their post and not others. I don't have issues with people that share issues with their bikes and seek advise. I do have problems with idiots who get on these forums and speak for others saying I know x amount of people who are not buying Harley's because they are waiting for a GPS update or on this forum who insist that everyone had his issue and why? Well because he is just sure of it and knows its true. After all 20 people in a forum complain about it so the issue is wide spread. Well we don't all have your issues. The infotainment is a very sophisticated electronic device. If the damn thing does not read right because of where you are or how you use it don't claim you know everyone is having your issue or its wide spread. When you questioned your dealership you even refused to believe them when they said they have not seen it. It's a very ignorant statement to think because 20, 40 or even 100 people in a forum complain they have an issue that everyone must have the same issue. They sold how many of these bikes?

That's right jihadists. Religious zealots can't handle anything contrary to their faith. Is it possible that someone who may have problems with their bike joins a forum to inquire about others with the same issue? And that makes him a troll? Do you know anything about him other than his one post? What about the guy who posted about his bike overheating and the light coming on? He was called a troll too and some idiot even claimed there was no such thing as a warning indicator for overheating. The guy with the overheating problem turned out to be legit, but no apologies from the jihadists ever appeared. Nah, just collateral damage in their mind, all for the good of the religion.
I've been having serious problems with my 14 Limited as well. I don't have the time to ride as much as I want and that's a big problem because I'm in love with the freaking thing.
