other than factory issued recalls i have had no issues whatsover other than its cold from december to april with snow and ice on the roads and i cant ride.
Agree 100%. I'm really getting fed up with the jihadists here who decide they want to lynch someone who reports a problem.
I totally agree. I've got a 2014 FLHTK and have had all of the same problems that the OP has had, and still do. My problem is the people who add nothing to the post. You act like he was bad mouthing your sister. Some need to quit drinking the corporate Kool aid. Harley only makes motorcycles, and sometimes not very good at that.

I would love to see the work orders with $ amounts for all those problems. I just can't believe anyone would put up with a litany of problems and still have the bike.. Of course, you have had 4 years to obtain these problems and may have spent more on repairs than I spent on accessories. Truly hope you have the bike sorted out now
I do have a pile of paperwork, and they are still working on my bike, and no I don't pay for work done on my bike, and no I don't have an extended warranty. When I bought my bike the warranty exclusively said: Dealer will repair or replace any factory materials or workmanship found to be defective. So with that said, and with all the documentation that they never have been able resolved the problem I guess they be working on it a little longer. Maybe when they get it fixed correctly, they will be off the hook.

Mine has basicaly been good. I did puke out all my coolant fluid. took to a dealer who did a quick look, filled it up and sent me on my way. Did it again the next day. Bought some coolant and filled it. Took it to my dealer I purchased from. He kept it for a couple of days and found nothing wrong. That was last summer and it has never did it again. Both dealers told me not to be afraid to run it. It's still an air-cooled bike.
2014 limited. 56,000 mi so far. just tires, breaks, and routine maintenance. all wheel brgs still ok, no cooling system problems(if pump quit i wouldn't even slow down). i run 1 1/2 qts of dextron in primary, comp still fine. mobil one 15-50 car oil in engine and store brand 75-140 gear oil in trans. i love this bike. oh yea, do my own bk and clutch flushes with a vacum pump, no air introduced to system. just checked the cam chain tensioners they are fine will change them next winter and cam brgs maybe lifters. changed fork oil at 52,000 mi seals still ok. this bike is just downright peaches and cream.

A 4 year old post...
The OP is/was not a troll.
My 14 Ultra had nothing but 6.5 BoomBox problems for day1.
As an electronics communications engineer I know my way around electronics. Back then I commented the issues were all poorly written software code, and I caught a lot of crap from the "keyboard cowboys".
After a couple of years and numerous FW revisions the infotainment system worked as it should.
And with 9k miles, the engine and transmission needed to be completely rebuilt.
After the rebuild, it was like a completely different scooter, power and responsiveness it never had. Technician informed me I had a lemon from the day it was built.
So for those that never had a problem, that's great, but don't assume every rider had your luck.
