Wish I could find a dealer in oregon/southwest washington that would do it... i ride a lot in the early morning hours, and evening after dark, the high beam with out fog lights sucks. I have asked two different dealers while my bike was in shop for this change and neither would do it..

So you can buy weed there legally, but you can't have your lights changed to a safer, more visible mode?

That's where I want to live.

There you pee in a water reservoir all hell breaks loose. Here in Utah they are fishing bodies out regularly from our reservoirs not a peep. Still that is a hard choice
That sucks that you can't get it done. It has been done enough, per this forum, that there must be instructions available. Probably in either the service manual, or a bulletin. Try to get ahold of a service manual to figure it out.
I have a 2012, and installed the dual bulb HD headlight, and Kuryakyn bypass harness. So, I can turn on everything. Sure, would miss being able to do that
I would happily pay the cost, but dealer seams to think that it violates oregon state law... only way to do it is with the digital tech II as i understand it... Power vision won't do it, its a different module that controls the non engine electronics, think it is called the BCM, Body Control Module...
Next time i'm on a road trip, i'm going to find a dealer to do it...
SECTIME, our state is so far left it hurts... can't do anything here almost anymore... I just spent 5 days in your amazing state of Utah, can't wait to go back. in Oregon they are shutting down all the off road riding on public lands... I was amazed at how much public land is open to off road use in Utah...

Instructions won't help the DIYer. You need the Digital Technician to do it. It's a specialized piece of H-D equipment that allows various options to be set in the BCM. Only dealers can buy one and I believe they are several grand to boot.
