I have the Chizeled Lo (around 10 inches) bars on a 2016 RGS and I can honestly say they look good but the ride is extremely aggressive. They'll have you leaned forward a bit and your arms stretched out. I came from a SG with 10 inch Road 6 Customs and I thought that the bars would be perfect because of the way the 6 Customs worked for me. I'm 5'10" with a 32 inch inseam. I might try some 14 inch bars when I come back from Korea.

Any riders install the chisel bar on a FLH? Set up on a FLT is totally different
