Been looking for a black mounting bracket for windshield. Can't find anything for 2018+ unless it includes windshield, which I do not want. Is the current bracket the same as previous Twin Cam brackets? If so, I am seeing several black brackets for earlier model Heritages.
No, the mounting brackets are different from all previous Heritage Softail models.
The larger fork legs and more robust aluminum triple trees makes the distance between the mounting points wider on the new generation Heritage.
I had my fogging speedo changed under warranty. The closest dealer to me said they wouldn't submit it because HD was consistently declining the submissions. Another dealer about 45 minutes further away agreed to look at a picture if I sent them one. The Service Manager sent it to the MoCo and they approved it. The new one is the same part number except with a 'B' at the end. It is definitely different. When I start up the speedo does a full scale sweep, and the battery warning lamp looks larger. So far I have seen no sign of fogging. It took them about 40 minutes to change it. It's been a couple of months and so far so good.

I really hope they fixed this damn thing. So whats full updated PN?
One of my saddle bag locks broke. The spring loaded tab popped out. I guess there was a spring in there. Is this repairable? Anyone done it? Do you know the size or picture of the spring. Is there an update. 2018 Heritage Thanks in advance.

Same thing happened to my 2021. Within two weeks of purchase, so I called parts dept and they had one. Dropped off at service and they installed. Did not look very repairable... I could have put it back together, but don't think it would have stayed together.
I am very careful now with the closing motion to avoid breaking another.
Anybody have a dinged up OEM windshield and need a replacement screen? I replaced mine with a Clearview, would like to clear the OEM out of the garage. Came off this 2020, and excellent condition. It is the screen only, frame not included. PM me if interested.
