I just bit the bullet and ordered the black fender supports.
Now to start saving the 130,000 (or so) pennies its going to cost me for a set of Ohlins fork cartridges and black sliders. And to convince myself that I can do the job myself to save the $400 installation cost...
Don’t you have a Power Vision with a FuelMoto tune?
I'm putting that on today, but just as a PSA for those that dont want to flash the stock bike to keep warranty, the bike runs nice without the aftermarket flash too.
Edit: BTW used the money I was going to spend on the 1K service for the Power Vision.

Ok. However I'd be uncomfortable running a stock tune with a high flow 2:1 exhaust. Even though the M8's aren't quite as lean as the Twin Cams were from the factory, I believe you'll still be causing am excessively lean running condition by not at a minimum using the SE stage 1 tune.
Add some +90 deg summer heat, some stop and go traffic and that overly lean condition, ugh. I wouldn't want to be that motor.
I suppose I can join the party. I've made a few updates recently
The superstreet is the 50 state with the baffle still in. I intend to keep it that way, loud enough when I get on it but calm for the neighbors and putting around town.
I'm putting on a ventilator next week, along with the SE tuner and the wideband kit, we'll see how that responds. I'm sure I'll be a little off with just an SE base tune due to the 2-1, but I'm hoping the widebands can compensate. I've put a few miles on with just the exhaust and a factory tune, maybe 100, and it seems to run perfectly fine, though the temps have been low enough that I don't think I would notice any extra heat. Time will tell.
Long term I'll probably stay at 107, but put a cam kit in; that will be interesting to see how the autotune widebands respond.
Anyone know of a seat that gets you up and forward a bit? Lots of up and back out there, but I want to get up more like police road king position if possible.

Unplugged for a day or two. UPS dropped off an integrated tail light earlier today that I need to install. Been doing hand signals for the past two days like a peasant.

That's funny. I'm still debating a relo kit. Even though I have the King, I think from time time it might be nice to have leather pro's again (had on two past Dyna's). Though I see they now make a smaller/shorter length kit that work with the stock sigs. And I do prefer the additional spacing between the lights.
Well I talked to two different dealers today about putting a slip on muffler on my 2018 lowrider. And I got two different answers as to whether or not the bike would need a tune or not. I am really liking the S&S EPA legal slip-ons but I was told that I still should tune the bike by one dealer and the other dealer said I shouldn't tune the bike. I am not upgrading the air cleaner at this time so my feeling is that I shouldn't really need to do a tune on the bike as others have stated. I was also told by one dealer that anything -but Harley branded mufflers would void my warranty which is a contradiction to what I heard and read here.
