YUP! I traded my 2018 Fat Boy in last year for a 2022 Road King Special. Love it! Too many problems with the Fat Boy, including the front tire wear. I put 2 brand new tires on and then traded it in! LOL
I have just over 10,000 miles on a 2020 Fat Boy. Original tires were done at 8,500. The wear on mine was even, right down the middle.
I have no idea what makes some wear on one side like that.
I had Metzelers put on - well see how they do. Good luck all.

Sold my 2018 fat boy. Just couldn't get comfortable on it. I also refuse to do business with any company that fails to stand behind their product. Right side tire wear is brutal on these bikes and problem still not addressed after 6 years. Time to move on to something else. Keep the shiny side up.
The dealer doesnt check tire alignment well when they put them together. Ive heard a few that have this issue but its correctable at the first service. I had mine done when I noticed it was hard to make hard right sweeping corners. They also adjusted my shifter so I can get it into neutral easy now 🤣

Tell me more.... how do you align a front tire?
I had mine at the dealer twice for the tire wear, and they said all was fine. I'm on my third front tire, both were bald on the right side, while center and left side had plenty of tread. My last thought was maybe its the tire itself, and put a Metz on it this time, hoping that will help.
I checked the back alignment with the gauge, and its right, but that wouldn't have anything to do with the front anyways. I'm on my second back tire, and it has lots of tread left.
Just wondering if anybody has put the BatWing Fairing on their Fatboy and if so, do they have any pictures?
Mr. Gorman,
When you mentioned the BatWing Fairing
is there one that fits without modification of the fairing? I can handle changing the headlight but I have no idea where to start with a batwing.
When I bought my 20 FB the dealer said I could order a Hopie Fairing .he was wrong.
