Just a gripe and PSA more or less; wondering if anyone else's timer cover fits like this? This is the correct part for an 18' FLHCS. While the OEM cover is a little smaller, this one just seems off. Thoughts?
Mines the same, not as noticeable that could just be the camera though. I thought about running a magic marker around the edge, didnt bother me enough.
There is a bunch of slop in the bolt holes so did you try to have the bolts loose and push the cover one way or the other to fit it? If not a quick spray of black paint before putting it on should make it look better.

Wow that is disappointing, I was thinking about getting one of these. I'm no machinist but it seems like making a part the correct size would be something important, even in Taiwan?
I am trying to tell from the picture - is the silver you see on the outside the edge of the cover itself or the inside of the case? Or both? If it's just the cover I will deal with it with a can of paint and change it to gloss black. Thanks!
