I like the Classic Dart Flyscreen to help take a little bit of the wind off your chest. If you're looking for a clean cosmetic enhancement you culd also consider the minimalistic Piranha.

I got HD's Wind Splitter Quick Release 18" Smoked for my '18 Low Rider to break the cold air a btt during the colder months here in VA. Works great for me, no buffeting at all. Looks good and I really like the release mechanism.
