Sport Glide mods
The Avons went up drastically from December - not sure why but they would have cost me over $800 shipped so I went with the Cruisetec's and they were $580.00 shipped. I did look at other sites and the Avons were more expensive there also.
I couldn't see spending that extra money knowing that the Cruisetec's are one of the best rated tires for all around handling and wet weather.
i just looked at Americanmototire.com which is where i buy all of my tires
and they are at $203.19 for the front and $264.15 for the rear which is currently out of stock but they do have notification
option for when hey come back in .

I also want to get this done ASAP so waiting for the rear to be in stock wasn't in the cards at the moment - I have other projects that I need to get to after I do the tires so that's why I ultimately went with the cruisetecs, which I'm pretty sure I'll be happy with in the big picture.
I will consider americanmotortire.com the next time I need a set, thanks for the info!
BEFORE
AFTER
New tires came in so I pulled them and I'm planning on powder coating the wheels. While I'm at it I'm gonna do the fender struts and Triple trees so I started to dismantle everything yesterday.
Floorboard conversion done

One of the rider peg bracket bolts was an absolute PITA - It basically seized in - way too much Loctite!
Tried all sorts, Impact driver, heat, etc. - to cut a long story short, I ended up removing the head off the bolt so that I could remove the bracket assembly and then used a proper heat gun and stud extractor to remove it.
The offending bolt:
All done
I also fitted a Craftride Moustache Crash Bar (more pics here: Crashbar or flatout bar - Page 2 - Harley Davidson Forums)

It's a Craftride Belly Pan/Chin Spoiler
Just to note, MOTEA regularly have 40% off deals (sometimes even 45% off).
Thing is it does state that U.S. customs will charge duty on delivery. You'll receive an invoice from FedEx 2-3 weeks after receiving
It "may be" available from sites like Ali Express as this is almost certainly made in China.
