Hope it works out for you - I gave up on the extended windshield a while ago. I tried the HD 5", which sucked and then tried the puig sport, like you and it was even worse.
Found that the Puig Sport screen (M21340N) was giving me buffeting just under the helmet so I've replaced it with a Puig Touring screen (M21236F) which is a bit higher.
This is my 5th screen!
I haven't had the chance to try it out yet....but here's hoping
This last picture is it with me sitting on the bike.
How it's looking now
Handlebars next.
You have spent a small fortune on five windshields, but did you try the Goldwing vent in the Slipstreamer you installed?
This is a 12 Slipstreamer and it provides good protection without buffeting at speeds over 70 mph with a half helmet. Im 6 with a 34 inseam.
On another note, what's with the speedo?? Aftermarket??
The dash is the black dash that Harley offers. The black trim ring cover I purchased from a member a few years ago. Im not sure who it was or where he got them, but I do remember it is not something that is widely available.

Not yet, I found the 12" Slipstreamer a bit high for my liking style-wise. However, I still have it along with the Goldwing vent so I can try this at a later date if needs be.

.
Hooray
I think * I've found a screen that works for me.
For reference I'm 6' 2" / 34" inseam.
I rode 90 miles (combined country and motorway [freeway]) to the dealership the other day and this seems to work for me.
I had no problem looking over the screen at the road ahead, it provided decent protection to my upper body and I had no lateral buffeting.
I was wearing a full face Ruroc helmet and it feels like the wind hits the top of the helmet so, because of the aerodynamics of the helmet, the wind goes over the top.
* I haven't ridden with my open face helmet yet hence the comment "I think".
