On another note, have had some time with the Cruisetec's and so far I'm pretty impressed. I'm still breaking them in but the initial 100+ miles so far have been a decent improvement in ride, traction and overall feel from the factory michelin's

Good news and bad news on the handlebar situation.
Good news is that things are progressing and the Clutch Line looks as if it will be ok (just!)
Bad news is that the brake line is going to have to be extended (or a new brake line) - it's really tight but the worst thing is, the bottom part of the line, by the triple tree, squashes against the upright of the frame - I'll try and upload the videos to show.
Put tires on the SG yesterday but went with Shinko's due to cost of name brand tires. Went with the Shinko 890 Journey's and so far pushing it in the garage after the install (done myself) there was no wobble or vibration .....
Those bars look great! Very similar to mine, as we've discussed in the past, however, yours are definitely taller than mine with the 2" spacers, hence why you needed the extensions.

Hopefully you dig the riding position too!
Yeah, I've just checked back with regards to our discussions...
I guessed that your setup was the Street Slammer drag bar with 7" integrated risers (+ the bars 1 1/4") with a 2" DK riser extension making them 10 1/4" high (rise) total - which turned out to be right on the money with the 10" rise!
These are the set of Wild 1 CHUBBYŽ 10" Pullback Drag Bar (WO507) in Gloss Black so expected them to be about the same, so was somewhat surprised by needing to extend the brake line.
Anyway, I'll be very interested to see/measure the height when I have the bike back.
I'll report back here with the height measurement and how I feel about the position but from the pictures it's looking good.

install of the Yaffe thicky fender.. gotta say i LOVE how it looks and love that it will direct road debris and water DOWN instead of back towards the
