Dougz Custom / Spartan Mini - Fat Bob
Hey guys,
I have been contemplating the Spartan Mini as I think it looks good on the Fat Bob. I mean, i like the no fairing look but it becomes a bit unpleasant when you are on hwy and that wind is trying to push you off. My question is, has anyone tried this particular fairing and if so did it help with deflecting the wind off you ro was there no noticeable difference. any feedback is much appreciated.

I won't have mine for a couple more weeks, but what a few other people who have this fairing have told me is that it does take a bit of wind pressure off your chest. Most noticeable on highway and passing tractor trailers.

Installed mine last week. Took it on the highway and didn’t experience any buffeting. Wind protection is much than without. Hits me in the upper chest but was fine up to 80 mph. A definite improvement. They sell a taller fairing that can accept a windshield if you want even less wind. The shorty looks better imo and I wasn’t looking to eliminate wind completely so works great for what I was wanting.
