That may be cool but major traffic. I think a time where we can rip it up in the twisties with less traffic would be best but I'm not in charge of this here shindig. Just my opinion.

Understood and agreed. I'm just thinking that if it's tied to a big event, that gives everyone all the more incentive to want to go, in that there'd be a wider variety of things to do; also, some of us may already be going to the same events.

As stated earlier I am still interested and am open to any location between the Smokies and Rockies. I started the thread but do not want to be in charge either lol, let's decide as a group.
