There was a mention in our "Everything Fat Bob" thread of an annual meet up and ride. There was also a mention of doing this on Labor Day weekend. If you guys are serious we should start planning now.
I propose that we submit a few areas for the event and then hold a vote.
My suggestion for the ride is The Devil's Triangle, it puts the dragon to shame IMO. Follow the link for info on my suggestion.
Edit to add: The rough and rutted roads mentioned in the article have been paved in the three years since it was written.
This is something I definitely want to participate in but no way I can do it this year. Already have plans labor day weekend.
The Vietnam veterans memorial in Angel Fire, NM has a walkway lined with bricks for Vietnam vets with their years of service. I dedicated a brick to my brother-in-law's father and they have the ceremony on labor day weekend.
If this meet up happens and turns into an annual event, I will plan for next year for sure!
I'm surprised there hasn't been any discussion on this. I was hoping to see more interest in getting it going and making it an annual event. Would be a good opportunity to visit different places and ride new roads. Plus it would be a pretty cool to do so in a pack of Fat Bobs.

Any interest in scheduling it during a major rally, like Sturgis or Bikes, Blues & BBQ or the Lone Star Rally?
Or, a ways away, but at the Harley 120th Anniversary bash?
