Ah you beat me to it! Haha. My 3" extensions should be shipped out today hopefully. Great bunch to work with and are very responsive to customer emails and inquiries. I highly recommend them.
I'm sure this info might be posted elsewhere, but does anyone know at what size block do you need to do custom clutch and brake lines? I am looking foward to Bowhunter getting these, hoping for some great pics and info.

I got the 3" extensions. FLS103 already has 3" extensions and he stated his are a tad bit over 3" and he was able to install them without extending wires or replacing the upper clutch cable and upper brake line.
You will need to pull the wire slack out from under the tank and make minor adjustments to the brake line and clutch cable positioning Other than that the 3" blocks should fit without replacing any parts so all of the available sizes will work with stock wires, upper brake line and upper clutch cable.
I think any higher than about 8" or 9" total rise and you will need longer upper clutch cable and brake line at the least. Not sure about the wires.
I believe the 3" extensions will put the top of the top clamp at 8" (it currently sits at 5") so the total rise of the bars will be about 7.5 inches, give or take, measured at the center of the bars with these extensions.
If I end up wanting to go higher in the future, I'll need to swap out the upper clutch cable and brake line and possibly need to get the wire extensions.

My riser extensions came in today from CJ Motorsports. The quality seems to be top notch and the powder coating looks great. Unfortunately I can't install them until tomorrow evening so the fitment and first ride report will have to wait until tomorrow night or Saturday morning depending on when I'm able to start and how long install takes.
In the meantime here are some pictures of the extensions.

NICE! Those extensions look like quality pieces! Anxiously awaiting install and ride report.
Your eyes don't deceive you. They are quality pieces and I can't wait to get them installed. Should improve my riding position and hopefully improve the view in the mirrors.
Had a chance to install my riser extensions this afternoon. Took a short 20 mile ride before dinner and my report is exactly the same as FLS103's report.
The riding position is much better and way more comfortable! Able to sit upright and still have bend in my arms. The bars are higher and closer now so it is a big improvement for me since I'm not very tall. It was also amazing to be able to see everything behind me without having to tilt my head and pull my elbow in. The view in the mirrors is great now.
The finish on them is almost a perfect match to the risers. You have to really look hard to notice the difference. Overall I am very pleased with them and the improved riding position and view in the mirror they provide. Here are a few pictures. Sorry for the poor quality and the bug guts on the risers.. After seeing the pictures I see I need to try to clean up the wires a bit.
