Just a quick update on the extensions. I was able to take a few more rides with them and got into the twisties a bit as well. The bike feels soo much better with the bars up higher. Seems like maybe I have more leverage on the bars where they are at now? It seems to respond more with less input. Or maybe it's just in my head?

Not sure but I do know I am really liking the position of the bars now. My hands are just below shoulder height and I don't think I need to go any higher. They are just right for comfort and my height.

Default Great update

I was curious if you would like them for some aggressive riding, seems like you do. I am glad to hear it. I love the way my bike handles and was worried these may disrupt that. Easier input would be welcome though, haha.

Yes they did not compromise the handling of the bike at all. It felt a bit weird on the initial ride to have the bars up higher and closer but that faded quickly. Especially after getting in the curves.

As far as the easier input, I think it's just the position of the bars that makes it seem like the bike is responding to less input on the bars. Either way the addition of the extensions did not adversely affect the handling of the bike at all. I think you would like the change in position with these as well. I'm loving it.

Looks good. I like the fairing with the bars a bit higher like that. Quick question about that fairing. How has it worked for you? Any buffeting at speed? And how tall are you? I like the fact that you don't have to move the headlight with that fairing.

The Spartan fairing has been great. I'm 5' 9 and no more buffeting at highway speeds. Biggest thing is just getting a helmet that doesn't try and rip your head off on the highway, lol. Full face is good all day but anything less and it varies by helmet. Been using a Nolan on hot days that has worked out well and was super cheap on Amazon.

Nice thanks for the report. I wear a full face helmet anyway so that wouldn't be an issue hopefully. I'm 5'6" so that may help a bit as well. Thanks again.
