107 with no ABS.
2" Risers, the brake line is maxed out.
Feels great. Great build quality.

Awesome. What size did you go with? Post pics when you get them installed.

Looking good! Nice to see more Fat Bobs with the various sizes of riser extensions. They all look great!

107 w/ ABS or 114 has longer brake lines. Can't speak to the control wires.

Control wires on the 114 work just fine with 3" riser extensions. Didn't know the upper brake line is longer the 114 but it works fine with the 3" extensions as well but everything is pretty much maxed out including the clutch cable.

I also spotted this extension source:
https://www.bitchinseatstore.net/Fat...obriserext.htm

Made of same grade aluminum. I'm more concerned with the quality of the bolts/hardware.

I guess they saw the competition raking in the sales so they finally dropped their prices. That sucks for FLS103 because he paid the premium price for them before there were any other options available.

That's a huge price cut going to 200 bucks from 600. Glad they came to their senses and made them way more affordable after losing a bunch of sales including mine.

As for the bolts, they are grade 8 bolts and seem to be holding strong. I highly doubt that they will have any issues or that I would be able to apply enough force on them while riding to cause any issues. Not worried about the bolts one bit.

Hi, did you have to adjust the positioning of the brake line?
Is it possible to adjust the brake line position going into the bracket in the fork without introducing air into the line and having to re-bleed the brakes?
I have to install the 1.75 inch risers and the brake line already looks pretty tight, I may have to rotate it - just trying to figure out if I'll run into any issues.

Thanks in advance.

With the 3" extensions I have no issues with the brake line and didn't need to adjust it. I would think that if you break the line loose at the block under the forks to adjust the position, air would be introduced into the system and would need bleeding.

I just had to bend the little keeper back a bit to accommodate the bars being a bit further back due to the extensions. With the 1.75" extensions, you should be better off than me as far as slack in the line goes, so I think you should be fine.

Thanks for the response. I partially installed them. The slack is fine, but I ran into a different problem - I could not take off one of the nuts from the original studs. Since the 1.75 came with studs and not with bolts, I was **** out of luck and pretty much destroyed one of the original studs trying to take off the nut I need. Now I need to get a stud and a nut, to complete the install and to have an original stud just in case I ever need to bring things back to stock. This in no way reflects poorly on CJ Motorsports and his product, just merely reflects either on my lack of mechanical abilities or HD using waaaay too much loctite
