Rear shocks comparison

When running longer shocks do you set belt deflection to factory specs or run it loose? I installed a Fox 13.5" (2020 Sport Glide)and the deflection went from 0.6" to 1.3". Factory spec is 1/2 - 9/16".

You will need to be looser than stock depending on how much preload you have in the shock spring and the resting height of the bike suspension when you check the tension.

Fox 13.5" shock is amazing. From bump absorption to cornering this shock is a significant improvement from oem.
