We are looking tor french style visor like this one on first bike below
Thats what I recently put on my King. Look nicer than peaks imo. When I ordered them, they were called visor trim, not french. French just looked like a heavier round ring. No "brow" to them.

This is the same that fit on the lights prior to 2018 - these will NOT fir the 2018+ models due to the width of the trim piece.
Can you be more specific? These visors have issues on the older bikes too. They can be overcame. Perhaps on yours too. I read alot of threads on these issues and got mine to work.

These were supposed to fit over the factory one. They don't, you leave the factory off. Then, if you don't like the gap around the headlamp, ya shimm it out about 1/4". That's what I had to do.

Can you please post a photo of the finished piece? Sounds like lot of work. Thanks
I ordered a aftermarket and completly trimmed and altered it so now it fits like a glove and after I painted it with gloss black paint it looks killer, to me at least . The setup from the
new headlights is different then in the past, the glass wont comes out like before but is bolted on the triple tree and the metal part sits loose around it and kept in place with the ring.

Can you share more details what and how you modified this headlight ring to fit?
It was to big in diameter since it supposed to be placed on top of the oem ring but that did not work. So I removed the oem ring and trimmed the visorring in diameter (no more gap were it comes together ) and then I bought a big
O-ring and that sits between the glass and the vissor ring. It all looks like oem even from close by.

So looks like shaving the gap is the key to make it fit. Beside closing this gap and oring was this it? I understand this is OEM ring for pre M8 era correct?
