The FXLR already checks a lot of boxes on my wish list. Improved power, suspension and (maybe) brakes would be a no brainer for me to trade for.
Easy enough for me to put the brakes on my upgrade schedule and turn my bike back to stock to trade it in.
If we look back when the 2018's came out then what came out for 2019 the difference between the "S" models and the original one was a simple upgrade from the 107 engine to the 114 engine. So my bet is that will be the only change in the new "S" model for 2020.

Nah bro.
1. Theres already leaked info on the dimensions of the bike and theyre different from the regular FXLR.
2. According to the leaked info the name of the bike is Low Rider S... emphasis on the fact that they put S in the name as opposed to the other bikes that have the 114 but the name didnt change other than the code designation with an S at the end.
Don't think it will happen, HD has a few new models coming out for 2020 and HD is corporate so I doubt they want to take away from that. But it would be cool none the less.
It is. Two things I know. It's got an inverted front end. And it's a 114.

First i've heard of that. Probably stripped from the Sport Glide.
I'm disappointed it's not coming with a 117. I've already owned a 114 and it wasn't as fun as my TC110.

My Fat Bob also has the S in it's model name. I think the S is part of all of the 114" Softails like the Fat Bob 114 (FXFBS), Breakout 114 (FXBRS) and the Fat Boy 114 (FLFBS) and so on with the exception being the FXDR. I guess it's just not part of the official common name.
So it would make sense that the current Lowrider is just a Lowrider (FXLR) since it has the 107 and if they come out with a 114" or even a 117" version that it will be the Lowrider S (FXLRS). Lowrider 114 just doesn't sound as good to me anyway.
Would have been cool if the FXFBS and other S models came with a 117 right off the bat. I'm happy with the 114 though!

The 117 is a CVO only engine at this point in time. So it would need to be a CVO model to get it and that would add another 6 grand or so to the price tag. The Dealer show is next week so we should all know on Tuesday one way or the other.
