I am sad to see those photos. Made me want one. Just when I convinced myself my 114 LR was all I needed, especially with all the mods I made. Now I may have to start over. Ugh.
HAHA, that was my initial thoughts as well when I first saw the pictures. It is a nice looking bike but I think I am fine with the FXLR I have, for now at least. I do like the change in stock handlebars and the stock 114, but the rest is not enough to push me to get one; for now of course.
Edit: When I saw it's offered in B Silver, I thought it looks just like mine minus the inverted forks. Honestly it is really tempting but I will stick with the 2019 FXLR. It is a great looking bike.

The new LRS looks fantastic except for one part that I really cannot stand. The same thing for the stock LR. That part is the console. It is so freakin tall. It looks like a metric console, especially the chrome one.
