Edit: Now that I think about it, after reading an article on ABS, I'm not sure the FXLR ABS system would like two calipers. Hmm...

I'm thinking that's not a finished production bike judging from the lay down, non stock tail light. Does Harley sell stock bikes with that tail light. I don't remember seeing it?
Looks like some decent handle bars.

I think Harley followed your bike progression here on the forum.

Ha, maybe I'm entitled to royalties lol.

HD offers that tail as P&A part, no reason why it couldn't be on a prod bike?

Looks nice, but I agree the markup will be pretty hefty although it will sell.

My guess. It's not the US version of the bike.

Well that’s definitely true. I personally prefer the look of traditional forks myself for the most part.
