It's the stage 3 114 upgrade that has the 11:1 compression ratio.
It's one of the reasons I wanna get the 107 Fat Boy base instead of the 114, because the stage 3 114 CI kit is more powerful than a stage 2 114 base model.
but they stopped making the 107 Fat Boy. So Im SOL unless my local dealer holds onto them.

you can put a stage 3 kit on a 114 makes it a 117 has 11 to 1 compression and the SE 498 cam, I have this on my FLHCS Heritage, it runs very well.
