Well got it finished. I used all the HD wire extensions, 3, but they are too long and I need to get some wire ties to clean up the area below the triple tree. A 4" extension would have worked much better. I used the same part # that SLT FLHC used and pictured. Plenty of slack on the brake line and was able to reattach the cable clamp to the lower tree. The clutch cable was too tight to do that but I took the clutch lever housing off and ran the cable in front of the bars, not behind them as was the stock routing. That gave a suitable amount of slack but as SLT FLHC said, any more pull back and a longer clutch cable would be needed. I also rotated the bars back so the "upright" section is 45 degrees which gives the most aft position and aided the slack situation. Measured with a carpentry tool.

HINT TIP, DON'T completely remove the boot if possible. A bitch to get back in place.
