I also use Lidlox. Rest my GT Air on the mirror and lock it with the lidlox. If someone wants it that bad they can cut the helmet strap but no issues so far. If I park at a store or restaurant I always try to park someplace up front in plain view.
I've never locked my helmet on my bike, ever. I've only ever worn Arai helmets and they aren't cheap, but the helmet is the least of my worries if some jackass is willing to get near my bike.
On my touring bikes I hang it from the passenger pegs, on my sporty/cruiser bikes, I hang it on the high-side (right) rider peg. These are secure points so thing will knock them off, etc.
BTW, nice helmet. I've always really like the C3 Pro but it doesn't fit my stupidly shaped head!
Thanks for the input!
Plenty of good suggestions here. My helmet is a Schuberth with their ratchet chin strap latch. It does not have D rings.so some of them won't work.
Note that the lidlox has the "T" to put through the Schuberth chin strap.
I put my Gloves "Mechanic" in my helmet and set it on top of my Instrument panel....That way it's up right, Just in case it rains....
Never lost a helmet in all the years ive been riding....

I learned my lesson, never trust anyone. Me and my friend lost both our helmets to thieves one night. We got lazy and took a chance, when we came out
they were gone.
If you use a Full Face Helmet, Where do you put it when you leave the bike?
I just bought a Schuberth C3 Pro. I used to put my HJC 3/4 on the mirror but this is worth a lot more money and I don't want to MESS it up. I also want to lock it.
I carry mine with me. But to be fair I don't really ride anywhere that requires me to lug it around places for a long period of time.
