Hey whats up guys. So I just recently had my 15k service done, bike has about 15,4**miles on it. I knew my front tire was getting pretty low and had some cupping but Im not sure it doesnt have to do with this new issue that has surfaced after the service. So I first noticed that my clutch lever had to be released a little further than usual for the clutch to disengage, but at first I thought it was in my head. Also more throttle had to be applied when starting to move in first. So basically in each gear the bike feels fine up until 3k rpms and then it just feels sluggish and it seems to vibrate a lot more. For example in 6th fear the bike hits 3k around 80mph, from 65 mph to 79ish the bike accelerates fine, but once it hits 3k rpm I feel like the power doesnt hit the wheels and the motor vibrates more. Anyone else have a similar problem?

It won't be the front cupping that's a tire too low pressure or fork too soft or a combo of the two. The clutch at the third service is adjusted , that is what that will be.Throttle has to be more rotated to take off now I think we're on to something , usually the EITMS helps take off a little, your EITMS may have been turned off somehow.I can be idling on flat ground and slowly let the throttle out and my bike will take off without stalling. These M8's don't like to rev real hard anyway but they will rev. Maybe your filter has been clogged or something. These ECU's can learn a tiny bit too so iof they flashed it and the timing was retarded a few hard runs might bring it back.
Does the bike have any modifications ? You can go back to the shop and ask them to re-flash it to your spec, that should tell you if the problem is still there that it's something else.
You'll get it man.

Peace.
the EITMS situation, correct me if Im wrong but is it the same thing that makes the engine kill one cylinder under certain temperature conditions? If its that then I turned it off by rolling the throttle up with the bike on run until the cruise control light turned green, even though my bike doesnt have cruise control it still has the light, but that was a few thousand miles ago but Ill try turning it back on and see what that does. The only modification it has is some slip one I installed back at around 6k miles, never tuned it but it never changes the performance do you think it just slowly affected it and its just a coincidence that my bike has this problem right after the 15k? Ill for sure bring the bike back in I just want some input to see if its happened to someone before

All good , what is "slip One" not familiar with that ?
Slip-ons * my bad. Do you think the clutch adjustment couldve affected the throttle response at 3k rpms?
No I do not. The clutch is slipping ? You have slip ons but no higher flowing air cleaner , they could of reflashed it at the service and with the slip ons could of made it a little lean there but I doubt it.
This all started after the service ,if so it is more likely they did something accidentally to your bike. Is your air filter seated properly ?

I wouldnt say the clutch is slipping, just the feeling is definitely different when leaving first gear for sure. The amount I would release the clutch lever and amount of throttle I would give just feels off now. Stock air cleaner on the bike, the service repair order says the air filter was cleaned but I havent checked it out yet. I wonder what could have been done accidentally to cause this, I feel like if you were to flash the ECM you would have a reason to right?

Check the engine oil level. Make sure it is not over filled.

No there could of been an ECU revision, when these first came out they idled at 850 , first service a TSB re-flash came out and the bikes then idled at 950. So it could be an internalHD thing to do it.
Check your oil how the OM says to do it BUT try to do it the same way every time for consistency. I idle mine down as I come home down my street ,I pull the clutch in and freewheel home I then idle in to my garage and run it at idle for about a minute then shut it down , I then check it cold the next day.
