Forgot to add. The higher idle is triggered by the clutch switch. So when your in the friction zone pressing the clutch in n out is what triggers it mostly.

It's in the Electrical Diagnostic Manual part number 94000555.

I had Fuel Moto do a revision on the tune and it pretty much fixed my idle issue. Thanks for the help.

Hulkss is correct. I had the same problem on my 2009 E Glide. Hitting the Kill Switch before the bike is all the way down to idle will tell the computer to raise the idle speed.
