You should look at the Low Rider S also. It is $600 less and comes with a 114 and dual disc front brakes. If you are going to change the fairing anyways then you just need bags. $600 will get you a pretty good set.

I think the cool thing about the sport glide is that not a lot of people ride it, the lowrider s I feel like everyone gets that
I like what 24v has done to his bike. I plan to do some of the same mods. That said with him adding a Sport Glide like fairing and bags.. well it looks a lot more like a Sport Glide.
Both the SG & LR-S have had good sales.
Going to ride over to Daytona Bike Week from Tampa Sunday quick release my fairing & bags at a friends camp site and hit the strip. Bike season begins.
I have a Dyna and an older softail. That being said my Dyna is completely performance modded for handling and motor work. I have ridden a variety of the new softails as well.
It took me a lot of time and money to make my Dyna ride like the new softail does. I have ridden several.
I will say this though. If we are talking about a new Fatboy, well then I would get the Dyna. If you are looking at a fatbob or lowrider, they will be excellent machines for handling if setup right
